I moved to the area in 1993 after being stationed at Fort Riley and immediately purchased a farm in Dickinson County. After 20 years of active duty service as an Intelligence Warrant Officer I retired from the Army in 1997 and started a computer consulting company.
In 2002, I founded a nationwide real estate referral company (B&C Relocation Network). My goal was to provide trust-worthy real estate agents at every military installation and to raise funds for wounded and disabled Soldiers and their families. I raised the funds by giving 30% of my commission to a charity of the client's choice in their name.
In 2006, I obtained a Kansas Real Estate License and started meeting local real estate needs as an independent agent. I obtained a Kansas Real Estate Brokers License in 2009 and founded Black and Company Realtor's. I chose "building stronger communities and supporting our Soldiers" as my company's motto.
I believe that through providing the highest real estate service possible and by donating 10% of our commission to local charities and causes, we can attain this goal.
