Gregg was born and raised in Abilene, Ks.  The son of Ross and Maxine Biggs.  he attended grade school at St. Andrews.  Graduated Abilene High School with the class of 1975.  After graduating High School he went to Liberal Vo-Tech for Heating and Air Conditioning.  He worked in that profession for a number of years before joining his parents real estate business here in Abilene, Biggs Realty.

The down turn of the economy in the 80's made him leave Abilene and moved to Topeka.  In Topeka he stayed in sales taking care of a wide variety of customers while still being involved with the housing and building business.

Greg and his wife Sue moved back to Abilene a few years ago to be closer to his two daughters, Andrea Taylor and Lindsey Hartman, and their families.
